Our dedication to giving back is deeply ingrained in our company culture and is reflected in our commitment to youth entrepreneurship and food insecurity across the country. Papa Johns strives for every team member to have opportunities to support their community through our Team Member Grant Giving program.
Started in 2023 by the Papa Johns Foundation, the Team Member Grant Giving Program empowers team members in our Restaurant Support Centers, Quality Control Centers (QCCs) and restaurants to nominate non-profit organizations that align with the Foundation’s focus areas: youth leadership and entrepreneurship, and food insecurity, to receive grants.
